This methodology includes rules for organizing and conducting the certification exam for graduates of high school education, technological track, hereinafter referred to as the certification exam, for obtaining the qualification certificate, in accordance with art. 31 para. (6) and art. 77 para. (6) and (7) of the National Education Law no. 1/2011, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

Graduates of high school education, technological track, who take and pass the certification exam obtain the level 4 qualification certificate, according to the National Qualifications Framework, and the descriptive supplement of the certificate, in Europass format.
