This methodology includes rules for organizing and conducting the qualification certification exam for high school graduates, technological branch, hereinafter referred to as the certification exam, for obtaining the qualification certificate, in accordance with art. 31 para. (6) and art. 77 para. (6) and (7) of the National Education Law no. 1/2011, as amended and supplemented.

High school graduates of the technological branch who take and pass the certification exam obtain the level 4 qualification certificate, according to the National Qualifications Framework, and the descriptive supplement of the certificate, in Europass format.
