The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out design work on fire signaling, alarm, and alert systems and installations. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, work in the field of fire protection is carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
