The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises wishing to obtain authorization for carrying out thermal protection works with thermos-expanding paints. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, the execution of works in the field of fire protection is performed by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
