The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out the fireproofing of combustible materials. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, works in the field of fire protection are carried out by authorized individuals. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
