The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises that wish to obtain authorization for carrying out installation and maintenance works of fire limiting and extinguishing systems and installations, except for those containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, carrying out works in the field of fire protection is performed by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is granted for a fee.
