The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon making an express request to this effect, meet the following conditions: hold an official pharmacy qualification, are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of their profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee shall be paid into the account of the territorial college RO30BUCU1091215962444RON, ALPHA BANK, in the amount of 405 lei).
