Transfer to another CFR branch*

The transfer note is issued by the college where the pharmacist is registered, based on a request. Before the transfer note is issued, the requesting pharmacist is required to fully pay all dues owed to the college they wish to leave. The transfer note will be handed, with signature, to the applicant. In the pharmacists’ register (https://portal.net-dd.com), the college to which the pharmacist has transferred will be specified. If a complaint has been registered or disciplinary investigation initiated against the pharmacist at the college from which they are transferring, the complaint or disciplinary file will be sent to the college to which the pharmacist is transferring.
