This procedure is addressed to the members of the Cluj College of Dental Physicians

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the Romanian College of Dental Physicians, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 paragraph (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 on Health Care Reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 on the drafting, issuance, and use of proofs of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issueThe issuance fee is: 300 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Cluj College of Dental Physicians no. 4/ 20/01/2016. The fee can be paid online, by bank card, by accessing www.cmdcluj.ro or into the bank account RO96 RZBR 0000 0600 0598 9676 opened at Raiffeisen Bank Cluj-Napoca.
