A complaint against the resolution to settle the registration request may be filed with the court in whose territorial jurisdiction the applicant's registered office is located, within 15 days from the pronouncement, for the parties, and from the date of publication of the amending act of the articles of incorporation in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part IV, or Part VII, for any other interested person. In the case of resolutions rejecting the registration request and registrations that do not lead to the amendment of the articles of incorporation, a complaint may be filed within 15 days from the pronouncement, for the parties, and from the date of publication on the website of the National Trade Register Office or on its online service portal, for any interested person.
