The purpose of this procedure is to implement internally the Methodology regarding the automatic recognition, by higher education institutions, of university teaching positions obtained in accredited universities abroad, approved by Order of the Minister no. 5.922 of December 6, 2016, and to establish the responsibilities of USAMV Iași regarding its obligations under the mentioned legal provisions, namely ensuring the methodological framework for the evaluation and automatic recognition of university teaching positions obtained in accredited universities abroad, in a unified, transparent and legal context, in close correlation with the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.

Appeal routes

The decision of recognition or non-recognition is issued, following the pronouncement of the final solution, by the Board of Directors of USAMV Iași. Appeals against the non-recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences by IOSUD - USAMV Iași must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the decision. The response to the submitted appeal will be communicated within 5 calendar days by the management of IOSUD – USAMV Iași. The final decision may subsequently be challenged in the courts.
