This procedure is addressed to members of the Olt College of Dental Physicians. The current professional certificate is the document that includes personal relevant data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the drafting, issuance, and use of proof of honorability and professional morality for physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as the Decision of the National Council of the CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the drafting and issuing of the current professional certificate.
