This procedure is addressed to the members of the Calarasi College of Dentists
The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to this, based on the double 512 para. (1) point d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 from ln the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuing, and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and release of the current professional certificate.

The release fee is 500 lei
