The procedure presents the steps to be followed and the documents that must be submitted for enrollment in the professional training program of the mountain rescuer, as well as in the professional training and evaluation program for the novice mountain rescuer at the National Salvamont Center, stage I - summer, respectively stage III - winter.
The profession of mountain rescuer can be practiced only by a certified individual who meets all the conditions stipulated in Government Decision no. 77/2003 regarding the establishment of measures for the prevention of mountain accidents and the organization of mountain rescue activity.
Information regarding the enrollment and stages of professional training for individuals, Romanian citizens, and citizens of a member state of the European Union or belonging to the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation is presented and can be viewed here

For enrollment in the professional training program of the mountain rescuer, as well as in the professional training and evaluation program for the novice mountain rescuer at the National Salvamont Center, stage I - summer, respectively stage III - winter, the applicant sends the required documents online or by mail as copies, and will present the originals before taking the certification exam.
