The procedure presents the steps to follow and the documents that must be submitted for enrollment in the advanced mountain rescuer professional training and evaluation program at the National Salvamont Center, stage II - summer, and stage IV - winter.
The profession of mountain rescuer can only be practiced by a certified individual who meets all the conditions provided in Government Decision no. 77/2003 regarding the implementation of measures for the prevention of mountain accidents and the organization of rescue activities in the mountains.
Information regarding the enrollment and the stages of professional training for individuals, Romanian citizens, and citizens of a member state of the European Union or belonging to the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation are presented and can be viewed here


For enrollment in the advanced mountain rescuer professional training and evaluation program at the National Salvamont Center, stage II - summer, and stage IV - winter, the applicant submits the required documents online or by mail in copy, and will present the originals before taking the certification exam. The final documents will be sent in original by mail to the applicant or, as the case may be, to the Salvamont service to which they belong.
