Through this procedure, the method of automatic recognition by UBdB of teaching positions in university education obtained in accredited foreign university institutions is established, according to the annex present in OM 5922 / 15.12.2016.

The profession of teaching staff (or doctoral supervisor) is found at position no. A.8 in Annex no. 2 of Law no. 200 of 2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and additions.*

Appeal routes
Within 2 working days from the communication, the applicant can contest the decision of non-recognition of the teaching position. The appeal is submitted to the UBdB registry or by email at it.bioterra.bucuresti@gmail.com. The review committee resolves the appeal within 3 days from registration.
