This methodology establishes the way in which the automatic recognition is carried out, within Partium Christian University of Oradea, of the quality of doctoral supervisor and/or habilitation obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the quality of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
