Procedure regarding the recognition by Apollonia University of Iași of teaching positions in university education obtained abroad in accredited university education institutions abroad*

The procedure establishes the way in which the automatic recognition by Apollonia University of Iași (UAI) is carried out, for the teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad for persons who request to occupy a teaching position within UAI, recognizing the teaching positions in university education obtained at:

a) accredited higher education or research and development institutions in a member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation;

b) accredited higher education or research and development institutions included in the List of prestigious universities in other countries, approved/updated by order of the competent minister;

c) accredited higher education or research and development institutions that are subject to an international mutual recognition agreement, concluded at intergovernmental or interuniversity level.

The recognition of teaching positions obtained abroad according to this methodology is valid and produces legal effects only at the level of UAI.

Failure to resolve the request cannot be attributed to the university if the applicant does not follow the received correspondence or does not respond in time to the requests regarding the recognition file.*

Appeal routes

The appeal submitted by the applicant will be analyzed and resolved by the UAI Senate, within a maximum of 45 days from the date of registration at the university. The Senate's decision regarding the appeal is irrevocable at the level of Apollonia University of Iași and is communicated to the applicant by mail to the correspondence address indicated.
