The procedure is addressed to legal entities or authorized individuals (PFA/II) from Romania, member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area, and establishes the conditions for verifying the registered and authorized headquarters for the administrative organization and operational coordination of personnel, upon the request for obtaining the operating license to carry out design, installation, modification, or maintenance activities of intrusion alarm systems on the territory of Romania. The obligation is established by art. 77 corroborated with art. 26, para. (1) from Annex 1 to H.G. no. 301/2012.
NOTE: Copies of documents issued by public authorities are no longer expressly required, considering the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 41/2016 regardinga the establishment of certain simplification measures at the level of central public administration, local public administration, and public institutions, and for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts
