URBANISM - Issuance of building/demolition permit*

This procedure regulates the issuance of building/demolition permits by the Maramureș County Institution. The department responsible for the application is the Document Intake Department.

In order to obtain the building/demolition permit, the applicant shall contact the Maramureș County Council by electronically submitting the following documents:- Application for the issuance of the building/demolition permit - Form F8;
- urban planning certificate, in copy;
- proof of title over the property, land and/or buildings;
- approvals, agreements and the opinion/administrative act of the competent environmental protection authority;
- specialized studies;

- technical documentation - D.T.;

Proof of payment of the legal fee (copy). Payment can be made by bank transfer to account RO 10TREZ43621330250XXXXX, C.U.I. 3627315, through the Baia Mare Treasury.
Issuance of the building/demolition permit is conditional upon sending the original documents, by mail, to the issuer’s headquarters, if they do not have an electronic signature.

The technical documentation - D.T., consisting of written and drawn pieces and completed with identification elements and technical data according to the annex to the "Form F.8 - APPLICATION for issuance of construction/demolition permit" will comply with the following conditions: a) it is drawn up based on the framework content provided in Annex no. 1 to Law 50/1991 and in compliance with the provisions of the specific legislation in the field of constructions and construction installations, architecture, spatial planning, and urban planning; b) it is prepared by specialized technical teams and signed, under the conditions provided in art. 9 of Law 50/1991; c) it is verified, under the law, by certified project verifiers.*

Receipt for payment of legal fee (copy). FEE CALCULATION: The fee for issuing a building permit for a residential building or annex is equal to 0.5% of the authorized value of the construction works. The fee for issuing a building permit for constructions other than those mentioned above is equal to 1% of the authorized value of the construction works, including the value of related installations. The fee for issuing a permit for total or partial demolition of a building is equal to 0.1% of the taxable value established for determining the building tax, corresponding to the demolished part. To the resulting amount is added the fee for standard forms in the amount of 3 lei. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account RO 10TREZ43621330250XXXXX, C.U.I. 3627315, through TREZORERIA Baia Mare.*
