Social assistance is granted based on an application and a statement on one's own responsibility, accompanied by supporting documents regarding the family composition and the incomes realized in the month prior to the submission of the application by its members. Necessary documents for the file (in copy): – the application and the statement on one's own responsibility; – identity documents of the applicants; – children's birth certificates; – marriage certificate or family record book; – the final decision approving the adoption, family placement of the minor, according to the law; – the document proving the applicant's status as guardian or curator; – documents proving that a family member is attending an educational form; – documents showing inclusion in the category of persons with severe or pronounced disabilities or degree I or II of invalidity, for dependents; – certificate attesting that they are registered with the county employment agencies, respectively of the municipality of Bucharest, for employment and that they have not refused a job or participation in services for stimulating employment and professional training offered by these agencies. – net incomes earned (the month prior to the submission of the application) and the supporting double-checking documents as specified in the application form (certificates regarding net salary, pension slips, unemployment benefit, state allowance slip, etc); In the case of a consensual union (cohabitation), considered as a beneficiary family, documents regarding the family composition and income for the applicant's partner must also be presented.*
