The procedure is applicable in case of settling in the territory of Romania, for professional qualifications obtained in an EU, EEA, EFTA state by:
a. citizens of EU, EEA, and EFTA member states (including Romanian citizens)
b. family members of a citizen of an EU, EEA, or EFTA member state
c. long-term beneficiaries of resident status granted by one of the EU, EEA, or EFTA states
d. citizens of third countries who are beneficiaries of permanent resident status in Romania.
Persons falling under points b, c, d will also provide a copy of the documents attesting their mentioned status.

The Single Register of Dental Technicians of Romania/ The register of forms of practicing the dental technician profession and dental technology laboratories (RUTD) is available at the following address: http://www.otdr.ro/index.php

The profession of dental technician, regulated by Law 96/2007, is included in the "List of regulated professions in Romania" from Annex no. 2 of Law 200/2004 - regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania.*

Copy of the original document issued by the competent authority from the member state of origin or provenance where the qualification was obtained. The document must show that the title obtained entitles the applicant to access the profession of dental technician or to practice it in the territory of that state and must mention the level of qualification obtained, according to Directive 36/2005, art.11.*
