By April 30th, the town halls are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Register and Requests with the supporting documents.

The legislation does not contain special provisions regarding remedies, in case of dispute the common law provisions apply.
Any person who considers himself/herself injured in a right or in a legitimate interest, by a public authority through an administrative act or by failing to resolve a request within the legal term, may address the competent administrative court, in accordance with the provisions of Law 544/2004.
