People able to work who do not earn income from salaries or other activities must present proof that they are registered with the Territorial Agency for Workforce Employment for job placement and have not unjustifiably refused an offered job or refused to participate in a professional training program / certificate for attesting the loss of work capacity (including the special assistance voucher). The proof issued by A.J.O.F.M - Galati / certificate for attesting the loss of work capacity (the medical decision issued by the expert doctor in social insurance from the county pension office and other social insurance rights, for disability pensioners; the certificate issued by the medical expertise commission for persons with disabilities, for disabled persons; the medical certificate attesting work capacity issued by the expert doctor in social insurance from the county pension office and other social insurance rights, for persons with invalidating chronic diseases who are not insured in the public pension system; a medical certificate issued by the family doctor or, as the case may be, by the specialist doctor, for persons with conditions that cause temporary incapacity for work).*
