The plan on topographic support, endorsed by the cadastre and real estate publicity office, at a suitable scale - 1:2,000; 1:5,000; 1:10,000, depending on the size of the location.*

The plan on topographic support targeted by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity, drawn up at a suitable scale (1:500; 1:1000; 1:2000), which specifies: the location of all constructions that will be maintained, demolished, or built; the objectives and existing constructions in the immediate vicinity, specifying for each the maximum height; the levels of the projected and maintained constructions, in all three dimensions (elevations ±0.00; level marks; positioning distances; axes; levels of sidewalks, alleys, platforms, etc.); the names and destinations of each building body; pedestrian and car access routes inside the premises and buildings, planned plantings.*

The architectural drawings will include the main plans regarding the architecture of each object, drafted at a scale of 1:50 or 1:100, as follows: dimensioned plans of all underground and above-ground levels; roof plans - terrace or pitched roof -, indicating the materials from which the covers are made; characteristic sections; all facades, indicating the materials and finishes; in the case of integrating the constructions into an existing frontage, the street layout will also be presented, showing how these are integrated into the existing urban fabric.*
