- identity document of the applicant and all family members over 14 years old (B.I., C.I., C.I.P.); - birth certificate of children under 14 years old; - marriage certificate – if applicable; - divorce decree/notarial deed – if applicable; - affidavit stating that the persons are actually separated – if applicable; - death certificate – if applicable; - copy of the final court decision for child custody or adoption approval, - decision of the Child Protection Commission regarding the measure of family placement of the minor, order of the guardianship authority, according to the law – if applicable; - other supporting documents regarding the family composition, as the case may be. The copy will be certified in handwriting for conformity with the original.*

- sale-purchase contract; - sale-purchase contract with maintenance clause or with habitation clause; - lease contract; - loan for use contract; - heir certificate/succession act; - notarized power of attorney drawn up by the owner of the dwelling or by the holder of the lease contract, or by the legal representative of the single person who has not reached the age of 16; other documents, as the case may be. The copy will be certified by handwritten statement regarding conformity with the original.*

- pension slips (for all types of pension)/certificate from the Pension House from the month prior to the submission of the application; - unemployment benefit payment slip and/or monthly unemployment supplement income; - state allowance, placement or other allowance slip, from the month prior to the submission of the application; - disability allowance slip/complementary budget or any other allowances granted according to the law – from the month prior to the submission of the application; - income earned from lease, bank interest, disposal of assets – if applicable; - declaration on own responsibility by holders/members who do not earn income – if applicable. The copy will be handwritten certified for conformity with the original. - employment certificate for all family members, showing the net income obtained in the month prior to the submission of the application, the value of meal vouchers or the mention that meal vouchers are not received, bonuses, food allowances, etc – in original.*

- persons who own cars - copy of the car registration certificate (showing the year of manufacture of the car); The copy will be certified by handwritten statement for conformity with the original.*
