Issuance of permit for placement of constructions, dwellings and enclosures in the area of county roads (without road access to the county road). The documentation for approval will be presented and will have the designer’s signature and stamp in original. Each sheet will have, in the lower right corner, a box which will include: the name of the design company that prepared the project, registration number or authorization, as the case may be, the title of the project and of the sheet, project and sheet number, date of drafting, name, position and signature of the person drafting, verifying and of the project leader, in accordance with annex no. 3 to Order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works, with subsequent amendments and completions. When preparing the documentation, the provisions of Government Ordinance 43/1997 regarding the legal regime of roads, with subsequent amendments and completions, Order of the Ministry of Transport no. 1835/2017 for the approval of the Technical Norms regarding mainly the design and placement of constructions, installations and advertising means in the road area, on bridges, overpasses, viaducts, in road tunnels, as well as the arrangement of access ways to public roads, Government Decision 525/1996 for the approval of the general urban planning regulations, with subsequent amendments and completions, SR 1848/1/2/3 – 2011, SR 1848/7 – 2015, STAS 1848/5-82 regarding road signaling, will be observed.
