The procedure is addressed to individuals who wish to obtain an extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate.
The application is registered at the Secretariat of Slava Cercheza Town Hall only after:

- checking that the application is completed according to the form;
- checking the list of required documents and how they are presented;
- checking the identification details regarding the applicant and the property;
- checking the existence of the applicant’s or his legal representative’s signature;
- checking proof of payment of the fee.
The requested Urban Planning Certificates will be delivered to the applicant or his legal representative either by mail, or personally based on signature and identification.
