Identity document – copy, and proof of name change – copy and certified translation (if applicable);*

Doctorate diploma obtained from one of the accredited higher education institutions mentioned in Art. 3 of the methodology (in copy and legalized translation), accompanied, if applicable, by a document issued by the institution that issued the diploma which must include the name of the doctoral field of study in which the applicant obtained the diploma and the title of doctor (this document is not necessary if the field of doctoral studies is indicated on the doctoral diploma);*

Order regarding the granting of the doctoral degree issued by the competent authority of the issuing country – copy and legalized translation*

Summary of the doctoral thesis or the website address where the summary or the doctoral thesis is posted in an international language (in the recognition request for the doctoral diploma, the link will be indicated);*

Curriculum vitae showing the period of the doctoral internship carried out abroad, signed by the applicant;*

List of articles and scientific contributions, signed by the applicant;*

Proof of payment of the evaluation fee, in the amount of 100 lei;*

Other documents, if applicable.*
