-CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, ATTESTING UNINTERRUPTED ATTENDANCE OF FULL-TIME COURSES, UP TO THE DATE OF THE REQUEST IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD'S DATE OF BIRTH, OR A GRADUATION DIPLOMA ACCOMPANIED BY THE ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT OR A CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IF THE UNIVERSITY WAS COMPLETED IN THE YEAR PRIOR TO THE CHILD'S DATE OF BIRTH IF THEY ARE IN ONE OF THE ASSIMILATED PERIODS m) attends, without interruption, day courses of pre-university education, including within the “Second Chance” program, or, as the case may be, university education at the level of bachelor's or master's studies, as well as postgraduate education at the master's level, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of National Education, except for the case of interruption of studies for medical reasons; n) has the status of doctoral student, under the conditions provided by the National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and additions; o) is in the period between the completion of a form of pre-university education and the commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of pre-university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; p) is in the period between graduation from full-time courses of pre-university education, organized according to the law, and commencement of university education, full-time courses, in the same calendar year; q) is in the period between completion of a form of university education, full-time courses, with or without a bachelor's or diploma exam, and commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; r) is in the period between completion of a form of university education, at the level of bachelor's or master's studies, as well as postgraduate education at the master's level, full-time courses, and commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education at the level of bachelor's or master's studies, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; s) is in the period between completion of a form of postgraduate education, full-time courses, and commencement, in the same calendar year, of another form of postgraduate education, full-time courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption; t) is in the period of 60 days from the completion of compulsory education or, as the case may be, from graduation of full-time courses of pre-university education, university at the level of bachelor's or master's studies and postgraduate at the master's level, organized according to the law, with or without a graduation exam, for the purpose of employment or, as the case may be, entry into unemployment, calculated from the 1st of the month following the completion of studies (CHILDREN)*

- SELF-DECLARATION THAT NO TAXABLE INCOME IS GENERATED In case the father requests the child raising and care allowance, the employer's certificate of the mother is also required, specifying the period in which the maternity allowance was paid, meaning the prenatal and postnatal leave or a self-declaration stating that she did not benefit from the maternity allowance.*
