Technical documentation drawn up by a certified and authorized person in land improvement works, including the technical solution for protecting the land improvement works, where the situation requires it. The documentation/technical project will also include the technical solution for the protection of land improvement works and will be obligatorily verified according to the law by a certified project verifier (where applicable). In the case of national roads, express roads, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*
