The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch for Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of endorsements in compliance with the legal provisions in force.
The validity period of the endorsement is 24 months; before the expiration of this period, a single extension of the endorsement may be granted, upon a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF endorsement for which the extension is requested) and its verification in the field.
The extension of the endorsement will bear a different registration number from the ANIF endorsement issuance registry and is granted for a period of maximum 12 months, after which a further extension of the validity of the endorsement is not possible, the applicant being required to obtain, in accordance with the law, another ANIF endorsement.
ANIF issues the endorsements within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
