The Central Unit or the Territorial Subsidiary for Land Improvements coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of permits in compliance with the legal provisions in force.
The validity period of the permit is 24 months; before this period expires, a single extension of the permit can be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF permit for which the extension is requested) and its on-site verification.
The extension of the permit will have a different registration number from the ANIF permit issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a new extension of the permit validity is not possible, the applicant having to obtain, under the law, another ANIF permit.
ANIF issues the permits within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
