For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard application form (according to the Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) is completed and submitted to the issuer, together with the original urbanism certificate issued. The application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
