To start the procedure for issuing the tax certificate, you must pay a fixed fee of 10 lei/certificate/individual at the address: https://www.ghiseu.ri/public/taxe by selecting the county Botosani/Local Taxes and Fees/Institution Rauseni/search for fee "tax stamp fee tax certificate individual".
The tax certificate will be published within two working days from the submission of the application (except for alienation, see details on the standard request form).
The conditions for issuing tax certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code.
Consequently, the applicant will obtain a tax attestation certificate only if they are up to date with the payment of obligations owed to the local budget. For this purpose, if you have not paid the minimum required amounts, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, estimating the minimum amounts you must pay in ghiseul.ro in order to obtain a certificate without debts.
