Necessary documents for granting state allowance for children born abroad as well as for children whose parents have different nationalities and/or different domiciles
1. PARENTS’ AND CHILD'S IDENTITY DOCUMENTS (identity card, identity card, provisional identity card, passport, residence card, temporary residence permit, social security certificates}
2. CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE issued by Romanian authorities (certificate with CNP, not translated certificates)
3. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE / COURT DECISION GRANTING CHILD CUSTODY IN CASE OF DIVORCE;
4. Annex 1 - Additional information request for children born in the EU
5. JOINT NOTARIAL DECLARATION of both parents, which must refer to:
§ The period they lived and worked abroad and whether they had a work contract
§ Mention whether they applied for and have/have not received benefits for the child from the respective country;
§ date of entry into the country;
§ the reason for not submitting the application for granting this right until now;
§ mention that from birth until now, the child has been in the permanent care of the parents and lives with them;
§ other documents upon request of the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection
6. Certificate from the competent authorities in the country where the child was born, showing that no equivalent benefits have been received
