For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) is filled in and submitted to the issuer, together with the original urbanism certificate.
The application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity date.
Along with the submission of the application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
