​This procedure describes the method of issuing the UAT approval based on which the advertising means is placed

Requests are submitted to:
1.Citizens Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – first floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2.The Registry of Constanța City Hall, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51 – for those submitted via post offices;
3.Online, to the email address: urbanism@primaria-constanta.ro

The UAT Constanța approval, based on which the advertising means is placed, is issued within the legal term of 30 days.

The duration for displaying advertising flags will be maximum 90 calendar days, with the possibility of extending this period for another 90-day period.

The dimensions of the advertising flags will be a maximum of 0.8m (base) x 1.25m (height).

Locations belonging to the municipality of Constanța, which fall under this procedure, are provided in the local advertising regulation at the level of Constanța municipality, approved by H.C.L. no.105/2021, Annex no. 10 to the regulation, except for those which are subject to another form of allocation.

Monday – Wednesday 8.30 – 16.30
Thursday 8.30 – 18.30
Friday 8.30 – 16.30

Payment of taxes will be made after verifying the fulfillment of the approval conditions and only if approval is possible.
The required documents will be submitted in two copies!
