1. Citizens' Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116 C (City Park Mall premises – first floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. Registry of the Municipality of Constanța, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51 – for those submitted through postal offices;
