Social vouchers for kindergarten are granted to children from disadvantaged families who participate in activities organized within preschool education units and who are at risk both of dropping out and of not attending preschool classes due to limited access to economic resources and education.
The social voucher for kindergarten is granted to children from disadvantaged families, provided that the following criteria are cumulatively met:
the child is enrolled in a preschool education unit, and the monthly income per family member is up to twice the guaranteed minimum income for a single person, as stipulated by Law no. 416/2001 regarding the guaranteed minimum income, with subsequent amendments and completions.
