In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, with subsequent amendments and additions, an appeal can be made against the measures imposed by the fiscal administrative act, which can be submitted, within 45 days from the notification, at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Taxes and Local Fees Sector 6, under penalty of forfeiture.
