According to the provisions of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, with subsequent amendments and additions, an appeal may be filed against the measures ordered by the fiscal administrative act, which can be submitted, within 45 days from the date of communication, at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Local Taxes and Fees Sector 6, under penalty of forfeiture.
