For extending the validity of the urban planning certificate, a standard application (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for extending the validity of the urban planning certificate) must be filled in and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the originally issued urban planning certificate.

The application for extending the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.


Upon submitting the application for extending the validity of the urban planning certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment for the extension fee.

Payment can also be made at www.ghiseul.ro. The department handling the application is the URBANISM DIRECTORATE
