The land book excerpt for information, accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submitting the documentation, (except in the case where a construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions) (except for requests for works provided in art. 7 para. 1 ind. 4 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished) (except for investment works of public utility).*
