Form template F.1 – REQUEST for issuing the urban planning certificate, in accordance with the guidelines regarding its completion including 1. identification details of the applicant 2. identification details of the property for which the issuance of the urban planning certificate is requested, namely locality, cadastral number and land registry number, unless otherwise provided by law 3. elements that define the purpose of the request.*

The land registry excerpt for information represents the cadastral-legal status of the properties at the time of its preparation. It contains information regarding the area of the property and its description, the ownership right, and any existing encumbrances on the property. The document is issued by ANCPI and must not be older than 30 days.*

The extract from the cadastral plan represents the section from the cadastral plan, with the representation of the linear details of the property in question, of the neighboring ones, and of other linear details existing in the graphic database, as of the date of the last update, having the orthophotoplan as a support. The online extract from the cadastral plan is provided in .pdf format, electronically signed with an extended qualified certificate. Also, the document contains information about the categories of use, constructions, and the incidence of special laws on the property in question. The extract from the cadastral plan represents the section from the cadastral plan, with the representation of the linear details of the property in question, the neighboring ones, and other linear details existing in the graphic database, as of the date of the last update, having the orthophotoplan as support. The online extract from the cadastral plan is provided in .pdf format, electronically signed with an extended qualified certificate, with, as annexes, a .csv file with the list of coordinates of the points on the contour of the property in question, and a .shp file with the graphical representation of the property in question. Also, the document contains information about the categories of use, constructions, and the incidence of special laws on the property in question. The document is issued by ANCPI.*

For natural persons, the identity card or passport; For legal entities, the registration certificate*

The ownership documents for the property for which the urban planning certificate is requested shall be attached.*

It will be attached only if the purpose of the request for the urbanism certificate is construction or demolition of buildings.*

At one of the scales 1 : 10,000, 1 : 5,000, 1 : 2,000, 1 : 1,000, 1 : 500, as the case may be, issued, upon request, by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity; for construction/demolition, a site plan prepared on cadastral support shall be submitted;*

Payment document for the certificate of urbanism issuance fee, copy. Payment can also be made at www.ghiseul.ro or by bank transfer to account RO52TREZ42121160203XXXXX, opened at Ilfov Treasury, in the name of Gruiu Commune, Fiscal Code 5026273 Fee for issuing the certificate of urbanism in rural areas, depending on the area requested: a) up to 150 m2 inclusive 7 lei b) between 151 and 250 m2 inclusive 8 lei c) between 251 and 500 m2 inclusive 11 lei d) between 501 and 750 m2 inclusive 14 lei e) between 751 and 1000 m2 inclusive 16 lei f) over 1000 m2 14 lei+0.001 lei/m2 for each m2 which exceeds 1000 m2. The fee for issuing the certificate of urbanism for rural area is equal to 50% of the fee established according to the indicators above.*
