The stages of concluding a service provision contract:
1. the beneficiary submits a firm order, request, or address
2. verification of the conditions imposed by M.82/2008 regarding pen: debts to the state, bankruptcy, etc.
3. negotiation of the contract by the institution's negotiation committee
4. signing the contract by the parties
5. advance payment of 50% of the contract value within 3 days, according to the provisions of the Ministry of National Defense Order M.82/2008
6. auditing by the internal audit structure of the Ministry of National Defense of contracts with a value greater than 50,000 lei

8. delivery of the product resulting from the provision of the service
