BENEFICIARIES:

  • Persons who, in the last 2 years prior to the child's birth date, have realized for at least 12 months income from salaries and assimilated salaries, income from independent activities, income from intellectual property rights, income from agricultural activities, forestry and fish farming, subject to income tax according to the provisions of Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, with subsequent amendments, hereinafter referred to as taxable income, benefit from leave for raising a child up to 2 years old, or 3 years old in the case of a child with a handicap, as well as a monthly allowance;
  • Persons who have benefited from unemployment allowance, established according to law, or have completed periods of contribution stage in the public pension system, under the conditions provided by special normative acts that regulate collective layoffs;
  • Persons who have been registered with the Giurgiu County Agency for Employment, for the purpose of receiving the unemployment allowance;
  • Persons who have benefited from health social insurance leave and allowances provided by O.U.G. no. 158/2005 regarding health social insurance leave and allowances, approved with amendments and completions by Law no. 399/2006, with subsequent amendments;
  • Persons who have benefited from medical leave and allowances for the prevention of illness and recovery of work capacity, exclusively for situations resulting from work accidents or occupational diseases under Law no. 346/2002 regarding insurance for work accidents and occupational diseases, republished;
  • Persons who have benefited from disability pension, according to the law;
  • Persons who are in a period of temporary interruption of activity, initiated by the employer, without termination of the employment relationship, for economic, technological, structural or similar reasons;
  • Persons who have benefited from leave and the monthly allowance for raising the child;
  • Persons who have benefited from leave and the monthly allowance for raising or, as the case may be, caring for a child with a handicap;
  • Persons who have benefited from unpaid leave for raising the child;
  • Persons who are within 3 months from the end of a fixed-term employment contract and the beginning of another fixed-term employment contract;
  • Persons who accompanied their husband/wife sent on a permanent mission abroad;
  • Persons who have performed or are performing voluntary military service, have been concentrated, mobilized or held in captivity;
  • Persons who attend, without interruption, the day courses of pre-university education, including within the “Second Chance” program or, as the case may be, university studies at the level of undergraduate or master's studies, as well as post-university education at the master's level, organized according to the law, in the country or abroad, in a field recognized by the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports, except for the interruption of courses for medical reasons
  • Persons who have the status of doctoral student, under the provisions of National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments;
  • Persons who are in the period between the end of a form of pre-university education and the beginning in the same calendar year of another form of pre-university education, day courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
  • Persons who are in the period between graduating from the day courses of pre-university education, organized according to the law and starting university education, day courses, in the same calendar year;
  • Persons who are in the period between the end of a form of university education, day courses, with or without bachelor's or diploma exam, and the beginning in the same calendar year of another form of university education, day courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
  • Persons who are in the period between the end of a form of university education, at the level of undergraduate or master's studies, as well as post-university education at the master's level, day courses, and the beginning, in the same calendar year, of another form of university education at the level of undergraduate or master's studies, day courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
  • Persons who are in the period between the end of a form of post-university education, day courses, and the beginning in the same calendar year of another form of post-university education, day courses, organized according to the law, attended without interruption;
  • Persons who are within 60 days from the completion of compulsory education courses or, as the case may be, from graduating from the day courses of pre-university, university education at the level of undergraduate or master's studies and post-university education at the master's level, organized according to the law, with or without graduation exam, for employment or, as the case may be, entering unemployment, calculated starting from the 1st day of the month following the completion of studies;
  • Persons who have benefited from unpaid leave to attend training and professional development courses initiated by the employer or those for which the employer has given consent, organized according to the law;
  • Persons who are in the period between graduation from day courses of higher medical education, organized according to the law, with bachelor's exam organized in the first session and the beginning of the first residency after graduation;
