This procedure regulates the way of obtaining the tax attestation certificate for individuals.

* For Fiscal Certificates of Transfer (buildings, land) it is necessary to pay all overdue obligations and full payment for the asset to be transferred.

* Obligations are considered paid when the treasury account has been debited and this is reflected in the fiscal records of the issuing institution.

* The tax attestation certificate is issued within a maximum of two working days from the date of the request and is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
