The natural or legal person interested in receiving from the local public administration authority information regarding a property—land and/or constructions—for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law, may request an urban planning certificate.


For the issuance of the urban planning certificate, the applicant will address the Cisnădie Town Hall by submitting a request according to form F1-Request for issuance of the urban planning certificate, in which both the identification elements of the property for which the certificate is requested will be entered—locality, cadastral number and land book number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise—as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request


Payment can also be made on www.ghiseul.ro. The structure that handles the request is the Urbanism Service.
