Technical presentation report of the requested work for approval in original, which must include: existing situation - delimitation of the existing built-up area of the locality/commune, with the exact indication of the county road or roads that pass through the locality, the kilometer positions on the county road, the existing buildable boundaries; the territory between the boundary of the built-up area and the administrative-territorial boundary, with kilometer positions. projected situation: - land reservation for future road developments (with at least the width of a traffic lane in alignment – or according to the opinions of the designers of the modernization/widening works of the county roads, and with respect to visibility conditions on the road). - creation of roads parallel to the county road, which will take over the traffic generated by the objectives located in the area of the county road and which will junction with the county road in intersections appropriately arranged according to the traffic volumes. The extension of the built-up area along the county road will only be made under the conditions of setting up collector roads parallel to the county roads, which will junction in intersections arranged in accordance with the regulations in force. The respective collector roads will be arranged along the entire extension of the built-up area, both on the left and on the right. *In case there is not enough land for the realization of the respective collector roads, the city hall can extend the built-up area of the localities laterally, and for the connection with the county roads to develop a catenary road network that will junction in these roads, in intersections arranged appropriately. - reservation of necessary spaces for placing outside the safety zone of the county road the utilities, public transport stations, parking lots, etc. - the kilometer positions of the locality indicator boards (entrance and exit), stating that between the indicator boards the rules of the built-up area apply (especially the speed limit). - the kilometer positions of the intersections with other roads (national, county, communal) and specifying the proposal for modernization or not. - mentioning the built-up zone proposed to be included in the built-up area (starting and ending kilometer positions), correlated with the existing one. - the safety and protection zone of the county road will be specified, in built-up areas, existing built-up areas, extending built-up areas and outside built-up areas, according to OG 43/1997, the distance for placing fences situated on both sides of the county road. - in the design, execution, and interventions on roads, account shall be taken of their functional categories, road traffic, traffic safety, technical standards, economic, social, and defense factors, rational land use, conservation and environmental protection, and the urban and territorial planning documentation approved in accordance with the law, as well as the technical standards in force to adapt these to the requirements of pedestrians, cyclists, disabled persons, and the elderly. - according to OG 43/1997, art. 28 - arranging at grade intersections between two or more roads shall be done by ensuring priority for traffic going on the higher category road.*
